OUR STORY

In 2013, after 10 years of promotional products industry experience working in marketing, sales, account management, and production, Bianca left her job to start Promosphere.

Promosphere has been a success and over the first 4 years has experienced remarkable growth each year, and as a result the business is established in the industry. The team operates in Melbourne and the clients are mainly Australian companies from various industries including Education, Superannuation, Sport, Manufacturing, Music and Entertainment. Our Director and National Account Manager, Bianca, is dedicated and passionate about continuing the growth and success of the business. The team are all heavily invested in the business and every opportunity, no matter how large or small the opportunity, is treated with the same exemplary customer service and professionalism to ensure that clients enjoy working with Promosphere and continue to come back.

Promosphere have very diverse and loyal client base. Some of Australia’s largest companies have partnered with Promosphere to provide promotional merchandise for major music, sporting and corporate events.

The team have expertise in design and marketing, and will use this expertise to produce a product that helps your brand deliver its message. Some of our recent sales have included powerbanks, bluetooth speakers, leather notebooks, metal pens, drink bottles, polo shirts, duffle bags and fidget spinners. Quantities have ranged from 50 to 25,000. Promosphere will source the product, setup the artwork with your branding, manage the production and deliver the product to your doorstep on time, keeping you updated throughout the process. After one order with Promosphere, you’ll reflect on how easy that was, how the product was perfect, and how the team were amazing to work with.

The product range is vast with more than 10,000 different products available through our suppliers. Promosphere only work with the best suppliers for quality and reliability. The suppliers are carefully selected and based in Australia, China, Hong Kong and India. Before establishing a partnership with a supplier, we ensure the supplier is industry certified and audited and we visit the factory to witness the quality of the production.

To further support the business Promosphere have developed partnerships with freight forwarders, transport services and independent quality assurance agencies to ensure products are produced at the accepted quality levels and delivered on time to clients.
